The ultimate celebration joint – so good it was knighted. Tender, lean meat, with just the right covering of natural fat to keep it juicy and full of flavour. Easy to carve, for beautiful results when you serve up. It’s a real luxury, but it’s worth it.

Our beef comes from our producer group of small-scale organic farmers, who rear their animals to some of the highest welfare standards around. They are grass fed and enjoy an outdoor existence, reaching maturity naturally.
Delivered in insulated packaging to keep cool on your doorstep. Minimum meat order £15 to cover the cost of the packaging.

How to prepare
Remove from the fridge 30 mins before cooking. Preheat your oven to 200˚C/Gas 6. Season and oil generously. Brown well in a hot frying pan on all side, including the ends. Transfer to the oven and roast for oven for 30 mins for medium (add 10 mins for well done). Wrap in foil and leave somewhere warm to rest for at least 15 mins before carving. Use any resting and roasting juices as the base for your gravy.
Storage
Keep refrigerated below 5°C. Once opened, use immediately for best quality. If not required immediately freeze as soon as possible and always within the use by date. Once frozen use within 1 month. Defrost in a fridge and use same day. Do not refreeze.
