Belton Farm vintage cheddar Made by Belton Farm at Whitchurch, Shropshire

£3.65 / 200g

About

If you love strong cheddars, this is the one for you – aged for longer than Belton Farm’s mature cheddar, for extra robust depth of flavour. It’s handmade with fresh milk from local, pasture-fed cows, cut and turned by hand, and matured on the farm.

The result is a good, strong cheese, with a slight earthiness, hints of peat, and nutty top notes. A fine addition to any organic cheeseboard.
