These organic Pedrosillano variety chickpeas have a smooth, creamy, and nutty flavour, which makes them a firm favourite amongst the hummus-makers of this world.
They’re cooked slowly in small batches – not heated up to high temperatures like supermarket chickpeas, which often lose their flavour along the way.
No additives or preservatives. All the team at Bold Bean add is a pinch of salt, to enhance the chickpeas’ natural flavour, then pour them into glass jars along with their broth.
How to prepare
These chickpeas are cooked and ready to eat. Drain and rinse, then try them in a classic hummus, crisped up in the oven to top a bowl of soup, tossed straight into salads, or as the base for a warming curry.
