Organic chicken breast, diced by hand in our own butchery. We cut it to just the right size for stir fries, curries and homemade nuggets. Our organic chickens are truly free-range spending as much time as possible grazing freely outdoors - resulting in lean, tender, really tasty meat. Serves 3-4.
Delivered in insulated packaging to keep cool on your doorstep. Minimum meat order £15 to cover the cost of the packaging.

How to prepare
Breast meat is lean and cooks fast. Diced, it will cook in a hot pan in about 4-5 mins. Try and get some colour on the outside, as it all adds to the flavour. It can be grilled on kebab sticks or added to sauces, stews and curries, cooking through in about 10 mins. Always make sure there's no pink left in the middle before serving.
Storage
Keep refrigerated below 5°C. Once opened, use immediately for best quality. If not required immediately freeze as soon as possible and always within the use by date. Once frozen use within 1 month. Defrost in a fridge and use same day. Do not refreeze.
