About

Sweet, zesty organic clementines - a real shot of sunshine (and vitamin C). You might find the odd pip, but they're worth it for the flavour!

Enjoy as they are (wrapped by nature, perfect for portable snacking), or use to add mouth-watering sharp-sweetness to juices, salads and desserts. Because they're organic, they're always unwaxed, so you can use the zest in cooking, too.

UK Seasonality

Clementines are a variety of mandarin orange. In summer, we source ours from South Africa (transported by road and sea; we never use air freight). The European season starts in October with naturally green-skinned satumas, followed by the Nules variety in November.

How to prepare

Clementines are excellent in juices or sorbets, or spiced salads with roasted roots and tangy cheese. Because ours are organic, you can use the zest too (no need to worry about pesticides or wax). Feeling decadent? Gently poach or caramelise your clementines, and eat with cream for a festive dessert.

Storage

Our clementines are ready to eat on delivery. If eating within a couple of days, keep in a fruit bowl. Keep in the bottom of the fridge if they need to last a little longer.

Our netting is 100% home compostable, made from PEFC-certified beechwood (a by-product of the foresting industry). Simply cut off the metal clips and put the net on your compost heap or in your council compost bin.

Class

Our clementines are sold as class 2. This means that they might not look cosmetically perfect, but they are grown for the very best flavour.
