Fig whiskey
This fig whiskey is easy to make and gorgeous in our festive Figgy Pudding Cocktail recipe. It needs a couple of weeks to infuse, so make it ahead of time and then refer the cocktail recipe to serve. Alternatively, enjoy over the rocks.
Ingredients
- 200g fresh figs or 100g dried figs
- 750ml whiskey
Method

Step 1
Roughly slice the figs and add to a large jar with the whiskey. Leave to infuse for 2-4 weeks. Strain through a muslin or tea towel and bottle.
