We love Acayu’s organic cashew cream cheese – and their newest flavour invention is a real treat.
Organic cashew nuts are fermented with lactic cultures, giving a velvety spread with a mild cheesy tang. This batch is flavoured with smoked Lapsang tea and ashy black salt, for rich, smoky depth. The black salt also gives the cream its unique grey colour.
Subtle yet sophisticated – and very moreish. Spread it in sandwiches, stir a dollop through pastas or sauces (we like it in a cheesy sauce for chips), or serve with grilled Mediterranean veg.

Store in the fridge. Once opened consume within 14 days.
