G's Fresh

Founded in 1952 by Guy Shropshire, G's Fresh began with celery grown on a three-acre plot in Ely, Cambridgeshire. Today, they specialise in salad vegetables, supplying us with a range of veg box favourites including celery, radishes, mushrooms, and beetroot.

The G's Growers Cooperative, formed in 1984, includes over 20 growers from the UK and Spain who collaborate to provide a diverse and consistent selection of fresh produce year-round. G's Fresh is dedicated to sustainable practices and biodiversity protection, with a commitment to achieving Net Zero emissions by 2035. Additionally, they work with the Gleaning Network to reduce food waste by redistributing surplus produce to local communities in need.
