Organic Marinated tofu
Handmade organic tofu, marinated in a flavoursome blend of tamari, garlic, and ginger.
Versatile and healthy
This organic marinated tofu (bean curd) is a frequent star in the vegan dishes at our farm restaurant, The Riverford Field Kitchen.
Unlike plain tofu, it’s marinated for a few days in organic tamari, garlic, and ginger, giving it an intense flavour. Dragonfly tofu is handmade in the UK, using an authentic Japanese method. And as it comes in a block, you can dice or slice it to the size you like.
How to prepare
Simmer in a miso-enriched broth with noodles and thinly sliced veg. Or dice and spread on a tray with a drizzle of oil. Bake until crisp and golden, about 20 minutes, then use to top a salad.
Tofu is also brilliant tossed into a stir-fry. One of our favourites is to wok it with broccoli florets, garlic, ginger, sesame oil and soy sauce.
