Chicken with Kale & Hazelnut Pesto Gnocchi

A note from our cook

Gnocchi is always a quick and tasty base for a meal. Here, we've added tender chicken breast pan-fried with herbs, all tossed with a kale, hazelnut, and lemon pesto, with Italian hard cheese and a little garlic. Although it sounds unusual, the pesto is delicious. It's especially good blitzed in a blender for a smoother finish, but if you don't have a blender, it can still be made by roughly chopping all the ingredients for a more rustic feel.
