Roasted cherry tomatoes on the vine
Roasted cherry tomatoes caramelise and become lovely and sweet. A sprinkle of sea salt will bring out their sweetness even more. Serve as a summery side to brighten almost any dish. Also great in pasta dishes, warm salads or on toasted sourdough.

- 200g cherry vine tomatoes
- 2 tbsp olive oil

Preheat oven to 200°C/Gas 6.

Drizzle cherry tomatoes with olive oil and roast for about 15 minutes, until their skins are beginning to burst.
