About

This moist, dense bread is almost a meal in itself. It’s made with 16% dark rye, plus toasted barley, wholemeal flour, sunflower and linseeds, milk, yoghurt, and even beer!

Rye’s rich malted flavour lends itself to smoked and cured foods, pickles, and Scandi spicing (think juniper, caraway and dill). With a hearty texture, it’s also strongly suited to cheese boards, open sandwiches and canapés.
