This idea may sound odd, but chocolate and beetroot work wonders together. They are both dark, earthy and sweet – and the beets bring extra moisture and squidginess to the mix, which is just what you want in a good brownie.
This kit makes it really easy to bake up a tray of tempting brownies. We’ll deliver an easy step-by-step recipe, and almost all the ingredients – you just need to add some butter from home. It makes enough for 9 generous squares.
