About this seasonal piccalilli kit

Learn to make your own veg-packed organic piccalilli using our easy kit. It’s a classic British take on a chutney: nothing too hot and fiery, just the gentle hum of mustard and turmeric alongside the sharp pickling sauce. Now’s the best time to make it, while cauliflowers are in season.

The kit includes an easy step-by-step recipe from our farm chefs, and key organic ingredients. All you need to add from home is 500ml cider vinegar, 160g caster sugar, and two ½ litre clip-top jars (or several smaller jam jars).

Once made, the piccalilli will store for up to three months (if you can wait that long!) – perfect alongside some sharp cheese or a pork pie.
