How to prepare
As well as common kitchen equipment (such as a grater, peeler and saucepan), for this recipe you’ll need: grater peeler 1 litre sterile lidded glass jar fine sieve medium saucepan square of muslin cloth or clean tea towel 500ml sterile glass bottle - optional
