This week’s recipe is Kale, Apple, Ginger & Flaxseed Smoothie. A glass of green goodness – the deep mineral taste of the kale is balanced by sharp, sweet apples and creamy bananas. Flaxseeds add body, protein and nutrients, all lifted by a touch of ginger.

Our smoothie kit includes all the ingredients you need, plus simple step-by-step instructions, for a different recipe every week. Makes 4 large glasses.

Every recipe is packed with goodness, including plenty of seasonal fruit and veg. From time to time, we may need to make a swap in your bag to make the most of what’s at its seasonal best.

The recipes all say to add water, but if you want to experiment with using a different liquid, please do! You could try oat milk, or add a dollop of yoghurt for extra creaminess.

Storage
