Award-winning organic tofu from Dragonfly, handmade in Devon using an authentic Japanese method.
Versatile and healthy
This award-winning, all-natural organic tofu (or beancurd) is made by hand, not far from our farm in Devon. It’s delicately pressed until super firm, and absorbs seasonings and marinades brilliantly.
Dragonfly have left this tofu as a block, so you can cut it to the size you like. A quick, protein-packed alternative to meat in stir-fries, curry, or salads.
How to prepare
Simmer in a miso-enriched broth with noodles and thinly sliced veg. Or dice and spread on a tray with a drizzle of oil. Bake until crisp and golden, about 20 minutes, then use to top a salad.
Tofu is also excellent tossed into a stir-fry. One of our favourites is to wok it with broccoli florets, garlic, ginger, sesame oil, and soy sauce.

Storage
Keep in the fridge. Once opened, consume within 2 days.
Please tell us where to leave this product if you’re not in – it needs to be kept chilled to maintain its quality. A cool bag or cool box in a shady spot works well.
