One-pot Rosemary Stew with Cheesy Dumplings

We rarely feature dumplings, but they've become a recent favourite as we head into colder weather. Light and fluffy, with cheese and herbs, they're great for mopping up the sauce in this easy stew, packed with a myriad of vegetables. We can already hear your body thanking you for all the flavours and nutrients – and your washer-upper will too, as it's all cooked in just one pot!

This dish is suitable for home freezing. Freeze it in a suitable container, as soon as possible after cooking and cooling. Eat within one month. Defrost in the fridge, and reheat thoroughly before eating.
