Organic Linguine
Organic white linguine, made by an organic Italian co-op using their own durum wheat. Slow-dried for the best flavour.
Organic pasta, grown and made in Italy
Our organic white linguine is expertly made by an organic farmers’ co-operative in Italy, using their own durum wheat. The pasta is cut and shaped with traditional bronze dies, giving a rough, porous surface that holds onto sauces and seasoning. It’s then dried slowly, to preserve its natural flavour and aroma of crusty wheat bread.
Cooked in just 7 minutes, this linguine is a wonderful base for weeknight dinners.
