A note from our cook
An upgrade to your weekly roast – this one is simply delicious! Pork and apple is a classic pairing. Here, we’ve taken it a step further by adding aromatic fennel. The gentle aniseed flavor of the fennel really elevates the pork. We’ve served it with some braised leeks on the side, as well as gratin potatoes – they're so good. Enjoy.
