Welcome to Riverford Planet Action. Our planet is facing climate and biodiversity crises – so we’ve committed to invest significantly in major projects to help build a more sustainable world. That means limiting global warming to less than 1.5 degrees, reversing the loss in biodiversity, and minimising our environmental impact on every front.

These are huge goals for humanity – and Riverford can contribute most usefully by improving what is under our direct control. The primary aim of Riverford Planet Action is to decarbonise our own operations as quickly as possible, achieving Net Zero carbon emissions by 2030. We are also working to restore biodiversity, and develop sustainable ways of farming for the future.
