Red Thai Cauli & Cashews with Garlic Rice
A note from our cook
Our cauliflowers have a great growing life on the Cornish bank of the River Tamar, tended by Kate and Andy McIver-Redwood. We’ve taken this week’s harvest a little way from Cornwall, for a quick stir-fry with Thai flavours, served with garlic-infused rice for an extra oomph of flavour. A super quick meal that's a colourful and nutty delight.
