A note from our cook

A bright, colourful stir-fry flecked with broccoli, peppers, and juicy pineapple. The eggs are quickly scrambled in the same frying pan as the veg to absorb the flavours of the stir-fry. They’ll only take moments to cook, so keep an eye on them. We’ve suggested using half the tin of pineapple, but you can use as much as you like.
